Accountant (Russian Speaking)

A group of companies has a full-time job opening for a Russian speaking Accountant with experience in Cyprus and proficiency with ICT tools. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to become part of a team in an enjoyable environment to work in Limassol.

Job description:

  • Manage company ledgers and daily accounting tasks;
  • Process company payroll (calculate payroll, tax and SI, arrange online payments);
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports;
  • Analyse accounting records and prepare management reports;
  • Prepare and submit VAT and VIES returns;
  • Prepare accounting files for audit and communicate with auditors.

Required skills & Experience:

  • Proven 5+ years of experience in accounting in Cyprus;
  • Degree in Accounting;
  • Strong knowledge of the applicable VAT and Tax Law;
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS;
  • Proficiency with ICT tools, working knowledge of accounting software;
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills;
  • Russian and English is a must

Remuneration & Benefits: Negotiable based on skills and experience
