Our client is an International Shipping Company with operations and offices in a number of locations worldwide. They are now looking to hire an Accounts Assistant for their offices in Limassol, Cyprus. This is an entry level position, within an accounting department of 14 people.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Processing of invoices in the company’s electronic approval system.
Follow up of timely approval of invoices.
Posting of invoices.
Assist in day-to-day book keeping where required.
Reconciliation of accounts payables.
Other accounting related matters
University degree in Accounting or related field.
Fully fluent in English is a must.
Self-motivated, well organized and able to communicate with others very well.
Working experience: not required.
