The role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive and integrated administrative support to the Management team.
  • Responsible for coordinating and conducting required daily office correspondence and dealing with other routine matters relevant to the office.
  • Providing accounting support.
  • General bookkeeping entries.
  • Process various routine accounting documents.
  • Keep attention to detail, be organised, pro-active and able to work in a team environment.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Preferable Experience and Qualifications:

  • A diploma or degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or any related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, both verbal and written.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word etc.).
  • Experience with SAP Business One will be considered an advantage.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational/administrative and communication skills.
  • Characteristics of integrity, discreteness, trustworthiness and reliability.
  • Paying attention to detail.
