We are a firm of Chartered Accountants operating both locally and internationally providing a wide range of financial services including auditing, taxation and management consultancy

We are looking to recruit the following:

ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies
  • Minimum 2 years previous experience
  • Pleasant personality and good communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills and excellent knowledge of the English language.

Duties:

  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls to the respective recipients within the office
  • Prepare relevant correspondence (emails and letters) with clients and local authorities
  • Book appointments with clients and make relevant arrangements

A very good salary and office hours will be offered to the right candidate.
