AFTER SALES MANAGER – NICOSIA 

On behalf of our client, a leading automotive distributor, we seek to recruit an experienced and high calibre professional for the position of After Sales Manager, to be based in Nicosia. 

THE POSITION 

The successful candidate will be managing the After Sales Department of the Company and will be involved in planning, organising and directing the after sales procedures by maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring the achievement of the Company’s strategic goals and objectives. More specifically, key responsibilities of the person to be appointed include, amongst other: 

  • Propose, lead and oversee the development and execution of after sales strategies, and after sales action plans aligned with the overall Company strategy and goals
  • Direct and supervise marketing initiatives in accordance with brand standards
  • Oversee all after sales activities to ensure their timely and accurate completion according to quality and brand standards, technical specifications, health and safety policies and other requirements and regulations
  • Liaise and cooperate across teams and other departments within the Company, to ensure customer orientation and guarantee that all complaints are being handled effectively, to enhance high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Supervise the day to day operations of the Department, provide guidance and identify opportunities for team training and/or skills advancement in order to ensure maximum performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. media, suppliers etc.) to increase brand awareness

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • Master’s Degree in any related field will be considered as an advantage
  • At least five years of experience in a similar position preferably in automotive field
  • Strong understanding of automotive after sales procedures and operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective leadership and management skills along with ability to provide directions to his/her team
  • Customer oriented and focus
  • Analytical thinking and strong decision-making skills
  • Strategic and forward thinking
  • Commercial awareness, business orientation and sales acumen
  • Organisational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages, both written and verbal
  • Excellent computer literacy
