Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deal directly with clients via email and live chat
  • Gather relevant information from clients to handle inquiries correctly
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handling and resolving them in a timely manner
  • Coordinate within the customer support system to close all open cases in an accurate manner
  • Co-ordinate issues with other departments by directing requests and following up on unresolved issues to designated persons
  • Assist new clients with account opening application process
  • Always communicate and promote company products and services by providing accurate information
  • Maintain client relationships and update them with changes or updates by providing a high level services at all times enhancing the company image

Requirements

  • University / College Degree
  • Fluent in English any additional language will be considered an advantage
  • Proficient in Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
