Back Office Manager- Russian-speaking

Our client is a well-established regulated Traditional Broker looking to hire an experienced Russian-speaking Back Office Manager for their offices based in Limassol.

Duties and responsibilities
Customer support in filling the contracts/agreements, and checking of the contracts/ agreements
Amending client’s accounts
Helping clients to fill the contracts/agreements
Confirmation to clients after execution
Preparation and sending of clients’ execution confirmation reports
Preparation of Client’s periodic statements
Sending client statements
Record keeping of executed orders
Monitors executed transactions
Settlement of transactions in accordance with the broker agreements
Updating of the system/records of the client/own account (i.e. funds and/or securities to/from client’s account.
Maintenance of separate records for each client regarding securities and funds held on account
Reconciles, on a daily basis, client’s balances (funds, securities and financial instruments) with the Company’s balances recorded in Company’s software in liaison with the accounting department
Develops a customer service culture
Adopts quality and performance control standards
Reporting transactions to CySEC
Archiving of all relevant documents (agreements, contracts, confirmations, etc)

Fluency in English, Russian

Salary: Salary based on skills and experience.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 (One hour lunch break)
