Banqueting & Events Manager
The job will be hands-on and will involve training, guiding and supervising the F&B service team to deliver a seamless experience to our guests. You will be expected to work closely with our Sales Manager MICE to ensure the correct execution of the “event order”. The job will involve setting your team up for success, be a key point of contact with event planners, and oversee the smooth co-ordination of a variety of meetings, events, parties and weddings.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Ideally you will:
- Be energetic and positive
- Be fluent in English and Greek
- Have 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B Department of a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Have a degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management (or equivalent qualification).
