Business Pre-Sales Manager (based in Nicosia)
Epic is seeking to recruit an ambitious and energetic professional to join its Business Pre-Sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a group of presales engineers who provide:
- Technical solutions to epic business customers
- Consult business sales team members on complex solutions
- Co-ordinate service delivery of complex solutions (internally and externally)
- Create and maintain a network of Local and International Business Partners
- Managing operational issues, identifying solution options, liaising with technical departments and key suppliers.
- Data managing of costs and all key activities to meet agreed deadlines and ensure timely tender bid submissions
- Liaise with Marketing and Technical teams for new product development
- Manage Large Tenders from Governmental Site and or customers directly
Experience/Knowledge:
- Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering Degree preferably with specialization in Telecommunications
- 3 years’ experience in IT/Telecommunications field, Managerial experience
- Excellent understanding of Fixed and Mobile telecommunications networks and of current Fixed Telecommunication solutions for Business Customers in the Cyprus market will be considered as an advantage.
- Ability to design new telecommunication solutions based on Customer requirements.
- Business understanding and changing business context.
- Very good Communication/Presentation Skills.
- Fluent in both Greek and English languages.
