What will you be doing:
- Determining Call Centre and Agents quality standards by listening and studying inbound and outbound calls of Account Managers and Customer Support team members;
- Verifying results by measuring skills in use of scripts, product knowledge, sales and service ability;
- Assisting in the assessment and investigation of complaints;
- Conducting translations when needed;
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
What we are looking for:
- University or College Degree in any field;
- Proven competency of English and German language. Knowledge of any other European language will be considered as an advantage;
- Ability in delivering solutions quickly with accuracy;
- Confident and adaptable, and possessing a quick intelligence.
