Cyprus Job Market

Responsibilities
  • Registration of companies in Cyprus and other jurisdictions
  • Running their day-to-day affairs
  • Opening of bank accounts
  • Using the corporate tool Quorum
  • Liaising with various government departments and bank organisations
  • Conducting due diligence on clients
  • Applying compliance and AML regulations of our compliance department
  • Invoicing
  • Drafting of documents, letters
  • Meeting deadlines with payments of levies, municipality fees and agent fees
  • Liaising with clients via emails, telephone, face-to-face meetings and skype calls
  • Assisting in the day-to-day functions of the Corporate Department

Requirements

  • Degree from University
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
  • Hard worker
  • Eager to learn
  • Ready to commit to a full-time job on the long run

What will be deemed as an advantage:

  • One to two years of experience in corporate administration matters
