We are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join our team of professionals, in our office in Nicosia.

The successful applicant will be fluent in both Greek and English with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Corporate Administrator.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the general corporate administration function of Cyprus Companies i.e. Drafting Resolutions/POAs/Minutes and other corporate documents;
  • Liaising with the Registrar of Companies;
  • Attending to the opening of bank accounts i.e. completion and reviewing of application forms and liaising with the Banks and the clients for this purpose.
  • Assisting our AML Officer including the review and update of companies’ KYC files in accordance with the local regulations and internal policies.
  • Filing (both electronically and in hard copies) of various documents.
  • General Administrative duties.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Degree in Law/ Business Administration/ or in any other relevant field
  • Fluency in Greek and English language (spoken and written)
  • At least 1-year experience as a Corporate Administrator.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient Excel & word skills
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Team Player spirit
