Corporate Administrator – Nicosia

On behalf of our client, an established Audit Firm, we seek to recruit an experienced and high caliber professional for the position of Corporate Administrator to be based in Nicosia.

The Position

The successful candidate will be a member of a team of Administrators and will be expected, amongst other, of:

  • Owning a portfolio of clients and companies
  • Providing corporate administration and registration
  • Preparing legal documents (resolutions, minutes, power of attorney, etc.)
  • Liaising with Company Registrar, banks etc.


  • Minimum three years of experience in a law firm, in a similar position
  • Degree from a reputable academic institution in Business Administration, Office Administration or in any other related field will be considered as an asset
  • Excellent command of the Greek, English and Russian languages, both verbal and written
  • Excellent knowledge of the operations of the Cyprus Registrar of Companies
  • Experience in working the Quorum software will be considered as an asset
  • Excellent customer service and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
