Corporate Administrator – Russian Speaking

Our client, a leading Russian provider of Corporate Services and Legal Consultation with offices in Cyprus and abroad, seeks to employ a Russian-speaking Corporate Administrator for their Limassol office

Key Responsibilities:

· CY, BVI, Seychelles, Marshall Iceland’s, Hong Kong, Singapore companies’ formation and administration

· Trusts and foundations formation and administration

· Changes in company’s structure

· Strike-off, liquidation

· Preparation of corporate documents

· Perform duties regarding the record-keeping of all corporate documents of the Company in accordance with the legal requirements (paper file and electronic records)

· Liaising with local authorities: Registrar, Tax, Court, Migration

· Liaising with registered agents from other jurisdictions

· Leasing with lawyers, accountants, auditors, banks, notary officers, massagers

· Billing

Candidate Profile:

· Work permit in Cyprus

· Higher education (legal as an advantage)

· Experience as corporate administrator (in ASP firm as an advantage)

· Knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office programs at the level of a confident user (knowledge of Lotus Notes as an advantage)

· Knowledge of Russian and English languages (Greek as an advantage)

· Relevant experience from 3 years

· Sociability
