Creative Director (remote working is possible)

This Blockchain Company in Limassol is looking for an experienced Creative Director to lead and direct the design and production of our visual and audio materials as well as our media communications. With deep expertise in creating strategic and engaging experiences, you will oversee creation of art, photo, video and layout design. Being our creative manager, you will elevate and implement designs and format standards and processes to produce consistent and high-quality results. In this role you will be reporting to the CMO.

Responsibilities:
Defining an industry-leading creative strategy together with the wider brand management team
Mature our design operations to prioritize requests against business goals, scale the team through improved systems and processes, and streamline how we work on creative projects as a marketing organization
Inspiring the creative, quality and output through your team across multiple customer touchpoints including website, social, ads, print packaging, campaigns and more
Good understanding of social trends and emerging channels to ensure we’re always pushing social-first content
Building and managing a leading team of creatives including photography, videography, pre and post-production and graphics, to become a ‘content factory’
Leading and mentoring the creative team
Ensuring video shoot outputs are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard through from ideation to deliverables.
Working with freelancers and agencies when necessary to deliver on the project at hand to the brand’s standard.
Understanding the wider commercial impact when conceptualising and ensure ROI is always optimised
Interpreting creative briefs in line with the brand calendar and allocate resources accordingly
Advocating the brand values in the production of assets and continue to innovate across all customer communications
Working collaboratively across the marketing team with the Campaign, Social, PR, and Paid managers on creation of assets for campaigns, projects marketing.
Understanding customer personas and use actionable insights to optimise the customer experience in a creative way.

Requirements:
Demonstrable track record in a creative management role ideally within payment institutes
Expert in design software programs
Good understanding of design best practice
Strong understanding of content creation across multiple marketing channels, both digital and print
Experience working with multiple creative formats including video and animation
Able to work to strict deadlines
Not afraid to push boundaries creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table. Comfortable working in a high-growth business.
Experienced people manager who thrives on developing those around them
Educated to degree
EU-citizenship

The company has taken on a remote working environment with the option to work from the office should they need to. Due to this, the vacancy is open to candidates close to our time zone: EU, Israel, Dubai etc. In case you are not located in Cyprus you may, from time to time, be called to visit their offices.
