Customer Support Representative

Cyprus Job Market

Main responsibilities:

  • Effectively handle new and existing clientele and provide customer support via chat, phone and emails
  • To carry on administrative tasks of the business unit and provide internal support to the sales team
  • KYC and onboarding of clients
  • Work towards maintaining long-term relationship with clients by maintaining excellent customer service
  • Other ad hoc projects

Main Profile requirements:

  • Demonstrated work experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written is a must
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
