Customer Support Representative – Complaints (Dutch Speaking)

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via chat, phone and emails
  • Resolves product related issues
  • Resolves complaints by customers
  • Works closely with the Compliance team
  • Ongoing and direct communication with clients in support of any queries or issues

Main Requirements

  • Degree in Business Studies or any other relevant field
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is a must
  • Experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
  • Financial markets background will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
