Job Description 

On behalf of our clients, we are seeking to recruit a highly motivated candidate to join their team in Limassol for the position of Customer Support Representative. Our clients’ company is one of the leading white label casino platform for new online casinos. 

Job Responsibilities 

Provide Customer Support to customers of the Company, which includes the following tasks:

  • Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system, e-mail and phone
  • Answering client’s requests
  • Promoting products and services to clients
  • Optimize customers’ satisfaction
  • Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet client’s needs

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in on line customer support will be considered an advantage
  • Fluency in English language at a professional level
  • Good Communication skills both verbal and writing
  • Very good knowledge of Computer Literacy
