Customer Support & Service Representative

Our client is a well-established and CySEC regulated CFD and Forex Broker and they are looking to hire an experienced Customer Support & Service Representative to join their team based in Limassol.

Responsibilities:
Dealing directly with clients inquires via live chat, email and telephone
Assisting with the process of obtaining client documentation
Handling calls and incoming requests from clients
Coordinating with the sales team and other relevant departments to properly and effectively assist clients
Informing the clients about company’s KYC procedures
Support and assisting clients with their trades and MT4 platform

Requirements:
Fluent English – written & verbal
Customer service oriented
Conversion or Retention experience at least for 6 months it’s a must
Excellent communication skills- written & verbal
Previous experience in the Forex industry
Prior experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
Knowledge of MT4 platform
IT literate preferably Microsoft Office
