Dispute Manager

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming disputes
  • Represent chargebacks within the card scheme defined time frames
  • Increase chargeback win ratios
  • Monitor incoming wire fraud and recalls, track and liaise with the relevant complaints team.
  • Keep up to date with card scheme dispute process

Main Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Law, Economics, Finance or any other relevant field
  • Ability to manage dispute analysts and to implement new processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Highly Motivated and Organized
  • Excellent Attention Detail
  • Experience in despite management is a plus
