Our client is a fast-growing hospitality business in the heart of Paphos and they are looking for a young and ambitious person, with a true passion for hospitality, strong commercial acumen, great leadership and interpersonal skills with the desire to make a difference to fill the role as General Manager.

Responsibilities:
Supervise work of all Departments: Front Office, Housekeeping & Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Accounting & Finance; work closely with department heads on a daily basis
To maintain and strengthen our core company values and guest centric approach
Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotel’s annual Budget and reporting to the Board of Directors
Provide effective leadership to team members; create a supportive work environment for employees to keep high motivation levels
Ensure full compliance to operating controls, SOP’s, policies and service standards.
To be an ambassador for the brand and company

Requirements:
Friendly, energetic, patient, diligent
A professional manner and a calm, rational approach in crisis situations
A strong background of management level experience within the hotel industry
Fluent Greek and English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional negotiation skills and essential entrepreneurial abilities
Genuine desire to learn and develop
