German Customer Support Representative

Our client is a licensed Investment Firm regulated by the Cyprus Securities Exchange and they are looking for a German Customer Support Representative to join their team based in Nicosia.

Responsibilities:
Dealing directly with clients inquires via live chat, email and telephone
Assisting with the process of obtaining client documentation
Handling calls and incoming requests from clients
Coordinating with the sales team and other relevant departments to properly and effectively assist clients
Informing the clients about the company’s KYC procedures

Requirements:
Native to near-native German and fluent English, both written & verbal
Customer service oriented
Previous experience in the Forex industry
Prior experience in a similar position
IT literate, preferably Microsoft Office

Working hours:
Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5:30pm
