A prominent international Corporate Services Company is looking for a Group Data Governance Administrator to join their Limassol office. The position of Group Data Governance Administrator will support the implementation and utilization of the t data risk solution across the Group. This will include configuration of the platform and the workflows within it to allow for efficient and effective use across the Group in order to facilitate the monitoring of the Groups Data Protection responsibilities.
The role holder will assist with the system set up and project administration of the system roll out. There will also be additional project administration responsibilities for the ISO and SOC certifications in support of the Information and IT Risk Manager. In this role you will report to the Group Director ā€“ Risk & Compliance.

Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day management of the technical solution and ensure it meets the requirements of the Group.
Produce from the relevant systems, applicable DP & IG reports for external bodies as required ā€“ i.e. Information Commissioner summary reports on processing, DPIA logs & reviews, etc.
Create surveys and assessments in the platform as requested along with their associated reporting mechanisms.
Project administer the completion of surveys, assessments and similar reporting.
Monitor action tracking created by the system and follow up outstanding actions
Use the system to support the production of DSARs and similar data reports/requests.
Provide project management support as required by the Group DPO and Group Information and IT Risk Manager.
Use the platform or other sources to produce reports and dashboards in support of the Data Governance function as required on request.
Support Information and IT Risk Manager in the project administration of external assessment, i.e. ISO, SSAE, SOC etc.
Manage, monitor and review the intranet and internet pages applicable to DP & IG.
Ensure the successful delivery of the DP & IG agenda by identifying and highlighting changes/developments that are required by the Group and its offices in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
Relevant qualification in a Data Risk platform
Excellent English skills
Appropriate industry qualifications
Working knowledge of data protection requirements
Project management qualification and experience is desirable
At least 3 years IT systems security or administration experience
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
General understanding of IT assurance standards
Eu-citizenship

The salary is based on skills and experience + 13th salary + medical insurance

The working hours are 35 hours per week (Monday 9am ā€“ 5pm with 1 hour lunch break)
