Responsibilities
  • Recruiting talent – developing job descriptions, preparing job advertisements, CV screening and classifying shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Maintaining high personnel engagement and satisfaction
  • Managing benefits programs
  • Recommending updates to HR policies
  • Generating HR reporting
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic and flexible with strong attention to detail
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Creating and revising job descriptions
  • Conducting annual salary surveys
  • Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
  • Coordinating visa migration procedures and relocation process

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or any other relevant field
  • Proven work experience in a Managerial HR role for at list two years
  • Interactions with all fields in HR
  • Forex experience is a major advantage
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
  • Strong Experience with relocation and migration procedures
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Fluent in English and Greek language is a must
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
