An innovative and forward leading online payments company based in Limassol are working with GRS to recruit a Russian speaking HR Manager. The successful candidate will be fluent in Russian, a portfolio and have a minimum of 5 years HR experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage payroll and benefits for employees
- Suggest and implement methods to continually improve the workplace
- Develop training programs
- Assist in the performance management process
- Maintain employee records meeting the company’s policy and legal requirement
- Recruit and onboard new hires, and provide feedback
- Fluent in Russian and English
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR
- Demonstrate managerial experience in HR
- Very strong stakeholder management
