Junior Russian Speaking – Assistant Administrator

Our client is a Russian owned Real Estate Company with offices on the seafront in Limassol.

We are seeking to employ on their behalf a Russian and English assistant administrator

The ideal candidate should be a graduate with a financially related degree

Job Description

  • Enter payments on internet banking
  • Control the payment process (collecting all approvals from relevant persons and control on time payments)
  • Arranging execution of documents
  • Communication with internal and external legal departments re documents which should be executed
  • Preparation of internal memo and instruction letters (Russian and English language)
  • General office duties

Required Skills & Experience

  • Educated to degree level (preferably in math or finance/accounting)
  • Preferably just graduated.
  • Fluency in Russian & English (Written & Spoken) is essential.
  • Excellent team player with strong attention to detail.

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Working Monday – Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm
  • Salary €15,500 – €18,000 Gross based on skills and experience
