
ELIDI SECURITIES LTD
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the director, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports and presentations.
• Coordinate internal company processes and monitor the execution of assigned tasks.
• Communicate with partners, clients, and government authorities.
• Prepare and process documents, including contract management.
• Organize business trips, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Maintain the corporate calendar and manage the director’s schedule.
Requirements:
• A higher education degree (preferably in finance, economics, or management).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in the financial or investment sector is a plus).
• Fluency in English and Russian (Greek is an advantage).
• Strong planning, time management, and document-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office software.
• Attention to detail, stress resistance, and a high level of responsibility.
