About the role: 

We are seeking an HR specialist for providing overall support to HR Manager with recruitment and administration procedures

Responsibilities:

Recruitment

– Screen resumes and providing first telephone interviews with candidates
– Selecting proper profiles for existing positions (technical and sales positions)
– Conducting the interviews with HR manager and hiring managers
– Helping with on-boarding procedures implementation (making presentations, scheduling on-boarding trainings)

HR Administration procedures

– Helping with new software implementation, preparation all reports
– Participation in HR department projects
– Maintaining current HR files and databases

Requirements:

– EU-citizenship or valid work permit is a must
– Higher education
– Fluent English and good Russian
– Good experience in using different software in preparing presentations and analytics
– Excellent written and verbal communication
– Multitasking skills and ability to prioritize
– Proactive approach, high energy level, readiness to learn
