Office Manager

Cyprus Company located in Limassol is looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work.

Duties:
– dealing with phone calls, correspondence, preparing letters, presentations and reports
– organising meetings
– travel support (flights, accommodations)
– ordering stationery
– processing invoices and managing office budgets
– managing cleaning and office supply

Requirements:
Excellent English, Greek is preferable
Experience as a secretary, office manager, administrator
MS Office
Multitasking abilities

Working hours: 9-18, 5/7
Salary: 1200 net
