Now we are looking for Personal Assistant to Board of Directors.


– Provide high quality full administrative support to executive team of holding company and their families
– Manage hectic and complex calendars and keep ahead of potential scheduling conflicts, ensure key meetings are prioritized and the day schedule is optimized
– Organise preparation for meetings, such as sharing briefing documents, sharing agenda, prepare meeting notes during meetings and follow up on actions
– Ensure CEO is on time for all meetings and prompt him when required
– Full travel support, this includes but is not limited to itineraries, flight check-in, transportation to and from airport, etc.
– Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
– Provide assistance with personal-related matters to the executive team and their families.


– 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Secretary/Family Office Assistant/Travel Manager
– Bachelor degree
– Experience in calendar management, travel support
– Outstanding executive-level verbal and written communication skills
– Outstanding organisational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and a strong sense of ownership
– Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
– English C1 at must
