Key Responsibilities:
• Development of business and functional requirements for investment banking projects implementation;
• Defining of the business problems, goals of project;
• Business and functional requirements gathering and documentation;
• Processes and workflows definition;
• Solution design and configuration;
• Working with stakeholders and development teams to enable proper implementation of the requirements;
• Coordination of implementation with development/QA teams/stakeholders/external vendors;
• Business testing involvement
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business Administration, Management, IT or Computer Science)
• Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent as an advantage
• Language proficiency (English and Russian);
• The capability of learning and documenting business process workflows for a variety of industries;
• Experience in functional requirements design and documentation (from 2 years);
• Deep understanding of product and business metrics;
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
• Ability to analysis of current business process and improvement of it;
• Strong communication skills;
• Strong organizational and planning skills;
• Experience in financial systems development is a plus;
• Understanding of the Investment Business (IB, CIF) is a plus;
• Front office, Back Office, CRM, Risk or Compliance knowledge is a plus.

• Working hours: 9:00-18:00, Monday-Friday
