Office Administrator

Cyprus Job Market

We are looking for a passionate Office Administrator to join our team in Limassol for long term employment.

Duties

  • Provide reception and administrative support
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Welcoming visitors to the office
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and organize new meetings and appointments
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Document expenses and hand in reports
  • Petty cash management and reconciliation
  • Other duties as may by assigned by Management

Requirements

  • Pleasant and efficient telephone manners & communication skills
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English (speaking & writing)
  • Working knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong organization skills
  • Multi-tasking with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to learn quickly and accurately
