HR Arrow, on behalf of its client, a well-established international networking organisation in Paphos, is looking to recruit a highly capable part-time Office Administrator.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments for the National Director
  • Organising, co-ordinating and monitoring the office administration
  • Liaising with associates, suppliers etc
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Assisting with the organisation of events and trainings when necessary
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence in English & Greek
  • Translating documents from/to English/Greek
  • Managing databases and filing systems

Profile:

  • University degree from an esteemed University more preferably in Law Finance, Project Management
  • Previous professional experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Proficiency with Database and publishing software (e.g wordpress) is an advantage
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • To be proactive and take initiative
  • Ability to multi task and work under pressure with strict deadlines
  • Excellent communicator (verbal and oral)
  • Attention to details
  • Computer savvy
  • Fluent in Greek & English

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-13:00
