On behalf of our Client, who has earned a first-class reputation for designing and developing luxury residential projects, we are seeking an Office Manager for their Limassol office. The successful candidate will be fluent in both Russian & English with previous experience in managing an office and highly competent IT skills. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Office set-up and general administration
  • Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives and procedures
  • Maintain travel-related and cash expenditure document flow
  • Arrange in-house and external events
  • Visa support
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for staff or customers and other external contacts
  • Determine staffing requirements in coordination with the respective departmental Heads, interview, hire and support new employees and oversee the personnel processes
  • Organise and maintain updated personnel files to be kept confidential and secure
  • Budgeting of office needs
  • Maintain the required stationary and equipment and placing orders to replenish these; negotiate terms and maintain the relationship with external suppliers
  • Ensure the office premises are kept in a good condition and necessary maintenance and repairs are performed as required
  • Handle personal requests from the owners of the company if needed

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Fluency in both English and Russian with Greek being favourable
  • Previous demonstrable experience as an Office Manager
  • Confident user of MS Office and Google products to receive correspondence and documents, as well as create presentations, reports, spreadsheets and maintain databases
  • Ability to analyse and solve problems
  • Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Planning and decision-making ability with a hands on approach
