Payment ManagerOur Expectations:

  • Work experience in a similar position for 2-3 years
  • Fluency in English (Russian would be a plus)
  • Detail oriented personality
  • Excellent communication skills

Collaboration with various departments

  • Work with the customer support team to provide a solution to payment problems;
  • Working with Marketing team to establish promotions;
  • Working with the AML team;
  • Effective interaction with other departments, including but not limited to; technical integration, marketing and account management teams;
  • Signing of contracts, acts and available documents, coordination with the financial worker of the holding.

Business issues

  • Execute company’s business development plan by acquiring new customers/merchants, and retaining/maintaining relationship with top customer/merchant for accomplishing regional sales target;
  • Maintain PSP solutions for the company (E-commerce worldwide);
  • Work with European banks;
  • Search and analysis of suitable payment solutions for companies and company brands;
  • Active and successful management of the process of connecting new payment solutions — proposing new customers; Conversation; Signing contracts; for a transaction sent to an account management team;
  • Represent at industry events and trade shows in order to establish new business contacts and contacts and inform other industry experts about products;

Payment issues

  • Search and analysis of suitable payment solutions for companies and company brands
  • Analysis of calculated data through various payment channels;
  • Discussion of commercial terms with new and existing payment systems
  • Cost optimisation and rates from current payment partners;
  • Ensure timely and compatible payment processing – tracking the payment mechanism and taking care of payments that require manual intervention;
  • Act as a point of contact between and its various payment partners;
  • Solve difficult situations and investigate problem transactions;
  • Assistance in reconciliation of payments and close cooperation with the financial department;
