Receptionist

Cyprus Job Market

The successful candidate will work on a full time basis, as part of a team of administrators, accountants and lawyers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and direct visitors and guests;
  • Answer and allocate phones, reply to correspondence;
  • Schedule appointments and managing conference room bookings;
  • General front office desk duties;
  • General office administration duties;
  • Any ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Greek and English;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Previous experience as a Secretary or Receptionist will be considered an advantage;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package;
  • Pleasant and friendly personality, reliable and polite;
  • Ability to work under pressure and to multitask.
