Recruitment Officer

As the Recruitment Officer, you will be identifying and recruiting the best candidates to join AAATrade. 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Promote the Company as an Employer
  • Post career opportunities and screen applicants
  • Maintain job descriptions
  • Manage applicant CVs in accordance with GDPR
  • Conduct interviews
  • Assist with the onboarding process of the new team members
  • Maintain records according to policies
  • Assist in various ad hoc projects

Key Requirements

  • At least 1-year work experience in recruitment
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is required
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • Understanding of recruitment needs of a regulated Investment Firm
  • Taking pride in producing top quality work
  • Thrive working both individually and in collaborative and dynamic environment
