Russian speaking Corporate Administrator

This International Corporate Services Company in Nicosia is looking for an experienced Russian speaking Corporate Administrator.

Responsibilities:

AML KYC compliance knowledge

Handling a portfolio of clients with their corporate administration affairs

Preparing corporate documents including minutes, resolutions, agreements, trust deeds, declarations of trusts and related trust documents

Reviewing of agreements

Registrar of Companies forms

Opening bank accounts on behalf of our clients and liaison with various banks to meet customer needs

Skills and Experience required:

At least 2 -year experience as a Corporate Administrator

Knowledge of Compliance

Fluency in Russian and English (Greek is an advantage)

The company is offering a salary of 1500 – 1900 Euros net + 13th salary (depending on experience)
