- Preparation of various corporate documents
- Preparation of directors and shareholders resolutions
- Preparation of payment orders
- Open bank accounts
- Filling of documents
- Communicate with clients, government authorities, financial institutions and other associates
- Excellent interpersonal and professional skills with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to client service
- Excellent command of English and Russian.
- Sound computer skills
- Ability to work as a team member
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Highly self-motivated
