Our client in Limassol is looking to hire a Russian speaking Head of Office/ Corporate Administrator for their investment companies. It is a small “Family Office” with currently 4 employees. They have a friendly working environment with professional relations.
Review and draft agreements, resolutions, minutes
Keep all corporate files in order
Prepare and submit forms to RoC
Negotiate with financial institutions – opening of bank accounts, amend and re-negotiate agreements.
Any other administrative functions that may be required.
Native Russian skills and fluency in English
Degree in law
At least 3 years’ experience as a lawyer / corporate administrator minimum 3 years
Willing and able to work effectively and efficiently
Focusing on tasks and having the ability to meet deadlines and short notices
EU-citizenship / work permit (The company does not provide Visa)
The working hours are 09:00- 18:00 (1 hour break), Monday to Friday
The company is offering a salary of 2.000 net for the probation period of 3 months, 2.500 net after for the contract of 1 year. After one year may be renegotiated based on the results. They also offer medical insurance and bonus based on year’s results.
