Russian-speaking HR Manager

Our client, a fast-growing property development company in Limassol, is looking for an experienced Russian-speaking HR Manager.

Responsibilities:
Manages the Recruitment & Selection procedures from start to finish
Plans the Induction and Onboarding process for new employees
Responsible for the implementation of Human Resources procedures and practices across the employees’ lifecycle
Partners with managers to resolve Employee Relations issues
Develops, in collaboration with the managers, Learning and Development options and handles the training administration
Drives compliance with applicable laws, rules and GDPR regulations
Develops Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and relevant data sources, and prepare annual KPI reports
Supervise the process of managing and updating employees’ personal data, files and related Human Resources records.
Develop and supervise and process for all needed HR administration tasks and increases the overall HR process’ efficiency
Supervise the Attendance and Leave Management
Acts to minimize possible Health and Safety risks in the workplace
Other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:
At least five years of relevant experience
Knowledge of applicable Employment laws in Cyprus and GDPR regulations
Proficient in building HR procedures and practises
Excellent Russian and English language skills
Able to communicate clearly and concisely
Master with specialization in HR or equivalent
Maturity in handling confidential information
Computer proficiency in standard office and HR management applications
The working hours are Monday – Friday 8:30-17:30 with lunch break 13:00-14:00
