Russian Speaking Office Administrator (Limassol)

An ASP Company, licensed under Cysec, Regulatory body, based in Limassol is looking to recruit a Russian Speaking Office Administrator to join their established firm. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package along with a fun and friendly working environment.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receptionist and secretarial duties
  • Liaise and prepare forms to be filed with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies
  • Deal with internal and external communications
  • Handle administration work
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Organizing meetings

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Studies in University/College Diploma
  • Russian language is a requirement.
  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Experience in Corporate Services Sector as a Corporate Administrator will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in both Greek and English.
