Our client is a real estate development holding with a portfolio of exclusive residential and commercial projects and are looking to recruit Russian speaking Real Estate Sales Manager

The candidate profile:

The candidate will have at least 1-2 years experience in real estate sales in Cyprus (preferably passport qualified properties).

Fluent and Russian speaker, presentable well-mannered individual with excellent presentation and communication skills (very important when it comes to dealing with high net worth individuals).

This person will be working under the supervision of the Head of Sales.

Job duties:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for the property promotion and sales of our projects

Preparation of sales presentations

Monitoring of customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts

Dealing with inquiries from potential buyers and answering requests (product, promotion and pricing information)

Handling administrative tasks: coordinating appointments, drafting texts for the classified ads and market the properties, entering data in the system, answering calls and e-mail and so on.

Supervise real estate sales agents and partners and monitoring the latest changes and trends in the real estate industry and preparation of reports

Review the market performance on a weekly basis and to suggest measures to increase the business and revenue

Carry out price comparison for competition and product offerings

To be able to identify and analyze the Project competitors objectives, strengths, weaknesses and to inform the Commercial Director

Maintain and develop the database of the Real Estate Agents

To be aware of current business trends and seasonal fluctuations on the market and informing the Commercial Director

To conduct regular presentations to local and offshore RE Agents and Clients

Maintain an ongoing relationship between clients/partners and the company

To represent the projects at exhibitions, roadshows, presentations and meetings as per departmental plan nationwide and abroad.

Assist the Commercial Director with administration and the contracting for the project

Job requirements:

Relevant experience as a sales person in real estate industry

University graduate

Fluent English and Russian

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Team player

Ability to take initiative and to work with minimal input and supervision

Ability to work flexible hours when needed

Computer literate

Experience with CRM system

Driving license

Ability to work in Cyprus without restrictions (Holder of EU passport or Cyprus residence permit)
