Russian Speaking Sales Executive (Realty) – Limassol

Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client, a group within the sector of luxurious hospitality resorts and high end properties, is seeking to recruit a Russian Speaking Sales Executive in Limassol; 

Responsibilities: 

Meet and exceed sales targets 

Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts 

Manage complex negotiations with our partners 

Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers 

Participates in decision-making, proposes courses of action, and follows up with implementation in areas relating to sales activities 

Responsible for finding customers through direct contacts 

Follow-up on the leads according to the industry standards 

On-site presentations 

Required Qualifications 

Qualifications 

2-5 years’ quota carrying sales experience in high-end Real Estate projects is a must 

Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems 

Demonstrable portfolio of serious connections in the international real estate market 

Proven sales track 

Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Excellent knowledge of English is a must 

Russian, Chinese or Arabic languages will be considered as an advantage 

Other Requirements
