  • Secretarial tasks and Reception desk (telephones and customer service)
  • Answer phone calls and screen mails
  • Professional administrative and organisational support to the directors and internal departments
  • Ensure efficiency and timely execution of all requested tasks
  • Able to respond to business-related requests, in a professional and timely manner


  • Fluency in Russian and English, both verbal and written is a must
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
