Sales Administrator (Russian and Greek speaking)

Our client, a fast-growing property development company in Cyprus, is expanding and is therefore looking for a Sales Administrator for their office in Limassol.

Responsibilities:
Sales reception: preliminary communications in the on-line chat and pre-qualification of requests
Registration of clients in accordance with the Client registration policy
Distribution of requests to sales personnel by rotation
Simple accounting and management of payments
Assistance of salespeople working “in the field”
Filing and data housekeeping (including updates in the CRM program)
Sending weekly sale reports to the director and shareholders
Inventory of the department’s belongings
Uploading and updating properties on the website

Requirements:
Communicative, friendly, user and team oriented
Well organized, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Fluent English, Russian and Greek is a must
Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Picture manager)
Experience in property sales or rentals would be considered as an advantage
Work permit in Cyprus is a must

The working hours are from 08.00 – 13:00 and 15:00 – 18:00
