Lanitis Bros is one of the biggest companies in the non-alcoholic beverage industry in Cyprus and a member of the Coca-Cola Hellenic Group. Since its founding in 1957, the company operates in the Cypriot market aiming to add value to its consumers, customers, employees and suppliers, where it operates. 

Lanitis bros, distributes and trades the Coca-Cola Company products, along with a range of its own products, such as the Lanitis fresh milk and bottled water Kykkos and, as well as products in cooperation with other companies, such as the ready to drink coffee illy café, the energy drink Monster and the tea Fuzetea. 

The Company is seeking to recruit a for Lanitis Bros a: 

Sales Analyst 

The Sales Analyst will have the responsibility to ensure the on time and accurate submission of analysis and reports to both internal and external customers, support the operation with every analysis needed for various commercial initiatives, and prepare sales targets according to organizational perspectives. 

Main accountabilities: 

Analyze sales volume & gross revenue performance data on a regular basis, write executive performance summaries, identify trends & gaps and make proposals regarding target setting elements (i.e. target, measure of success, weighting, etc.) based on findings for both Ambient and Dairy business. 

Support with reporting material internal customers and external partners 

Actively participate in the company’s Rolling Estimate & Annual Business Plan process. 

Support the Sales & Operations Planning process (S&OP). 

Prepare Sales Targets and cascade down to Field Sales. 

Handle monitoring and alerting mechanisms for commercial KBIs on a daily basis, and understand sales performing gaps 

Effectively overcome obstacles and provide solutions related to ensure effective decision making and target setting. 

Team work with other Commercial services departments (e.g. with Demand Planners) 

Act as a support of the SAP BW systems content owner of the broader BU commercial services function. 

Act as a liaison between different departments and functions by influencing people at all levels to promote innovation. 

The Successful Applicant should have 

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in mathematics, statistics, operational research, physics, Information Systems or Business Administration 

Very good computer & MS Office suite skills and advanced Excel skills with the ability to process large amounts of data 

Very good analytical and synthetical skills (especially with the understanding of how to balance business needs and technical innovation) 

Ability to synthesize large data sets into digestible information 

Good communication skills 

Fluent spoken and written English 

1-3 years of experience in an analysis role (desirable) 

Nice to have but not essential 

MSc degree in a relevant field 

Experience in reporting using SAP BW 

Knowledge of VBA programming and relational database skills using MS Access will be considered as an asset 

Experience in an analysis role in the FMCG industry
