What You Should Expect:

  • To attain an in-depth knowledge of how the forex market works both from the perspective of a client and from an insider’s perspective working at one of the world’s largest forex brokerages
  • Self-manage outbound call campaigns in order to provide added value services to existing and new customers
  • Go beyond “customer service.” Skilfully probe for, listen, and understand client needs to provide resources and solutions to improve clients’ trading experience and results
  • Intelligently articulate financial and market-related concepts as well as FXCM products and services
  • Consistently take initiative to learn about the markets, FX industry and new FXCM platforms and products

Principal Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Engage in warm sales calls, emails and chats with prospects that have already applied for an account. Provide funding options and the service levels available at FXCM. No Cold Calling
  • Work proficiently with teammates around the globe handling passed online chats, calls and communications with clients looking to learn more about our services
  • Articulate FXCM’s advantages with an in-depth familiarity of the product and common rebuttals or inquiries that clients may have
  • Comfortably interact with FXCM clients to direct them towards educational materials and trading setups for currencies, stock market indices, cryptos and commodity markets
  • Participate in various trading/education packages tailored towards our end clients and further your understanding of financial markets and how to trade them

Critical Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Strong verbal and written skills in English
  • Spanish as your native language is a plus
  • Strong and demonstrable Sales or customer service experience
  • Passion for FX markets including being able to understand/interpret and communicate in layman’s terms certain market jargon and trading ideas from analysis
  • Medium MS Office skills, especially Excel

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
