Sales Support, Booking & CS Officer

Summary of Key Responsibilities:
  • Send customers quotations
  • Promote CMA CGM Group Services and Value-added Services (VAS)
  • Create and follow up customer complaints
  • Contribute to dispute resolution
  • Place bookings to origin offices
  • Send Booking Confirmation
  • Follow up bookings an input information in CRM system up until arrival at final place of delivery by performing daily checks
  • Charges pre-invoicing control
  • Handle customer requests / issues / complaints / disputes and provide appropriate solutions / alternatives
  • Coordinate with related internal teams and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Contact to customers via advisories for vessel delays, call omits, rollover, cut & run, late VGM etc.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline will be considered as an advantage
  • Minimum three (3) years’ related in Sales
  • Minimum two (2) years’ industry experience
  • MS Office proficient
