Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in a relevant position.
  • Ability to multitask and organize with strong attention to details.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English language.
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office-Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
  • Possess good professional image and excellent phone mannerism in English.
  • Ability to multitask and organize with strong attention to details.
  • College Degree in Secretarial studies will be considered as an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • General administrative, secretarial tasks.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mails, faxes and corresponding as appropriate.
  • Coordinating meetings.
  • Making and arranging appointments.
  • Drafts emails, reports, proposals; prepares and coordinated verbal and written communication with clients.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies;
  • Direct and daily contact with the Management will continuously redefine projects and tasks according to executive needs and requirements.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying etc.
